R&R is entered by the side door and once inside, the double front doors can be opened leading onto the deck and down two steps onto a sandy patch of beach amongst the dunes. R&R has an interior space of 3.4m x 2.8m as well as a covered deck of 3m x 1.2m.

There are a set of two glazed windows on the double doors and one glazed window to the side, all with wooden shutters. The shutters and the actual glazed windows can be opened to maximise the lovely fresh beach air and the sunshine. 

R&R is equipped for a maximum of 6 adults, 2 children (under 12) and 1 well-behaved dog. Old Hunstanton Beach is a dog-friendly beach.

R&R has a small covered deck overlooking a small sandy patch of beach and the view extends across the famous marram grass and sandy dunes, other beach huts and a sea view beyond. 

The decking is big enough to accommodate the small outside table and a few chairs, with doors wide open or partly/fully shut. You can of course sit inside on a cooler day with the doors closed and window shutters open. 

The lovely sandy beach and safe swimming area is just over the dunes. There's also a wonderfully protected sandy hollow nestled naturally between the beach and the huts. (For your own safety information, please visit the RNLI Respect The Water)

Or, just chill out directly in front of the beach hut for a bit of R&R! 

R&R is very well equipped to enjoy a day at the beach come rain or shine.

• Indoor table with 4 chairs
• A smaller table for outside with a further 4 white plastic chairs
• A comfy bench seat with storage
• 2 sun loungers
• A fitted set of kitchen cupboards with worktop and a sink for washing up (no running water!)
• A windbreak and mallet
• Beach Umbrella
• A small selection of essential beach toys

No cooking is allowed, but everything else you need to cater for your friends/family is provided. 

• A gas stove with spare gas canister (for boiling water only)
• A kettle, a Kilner water dispenser and a water container for collection of water from the nearby fresh water tap
• A coolbox (bring your own ice blocks or request at key collection) 
• A dustbin and spare bin bags
• Ample plates, mugs, cups, wine glasses, cutlery, serving utensils, bowls, tea pot, can opener, bottle opener, etc
• Additional children's plates, bowls, mugs and cutlery
• Food covers and kitchen roll
• A welcome hospitality tray with tea, coffee, UHT milk, sugar and biscuits
• Broom, dustpan and brush, cloths and all cleaning materials for washing, drying and cleaning the beach hut
• Remember to "leave it as you find it"!

IMPORTANT NOTES

• No cooking is permited on the gas stove provided
• Fires, BBQ’s, use of candles and smoking is strictly prohibited in and around the beach hut.
• Fires and BBQ's, of any type, are NOT allowed anywhere on the beach.
• No loud music is permitted
• No gatherings over the maximum number of people
• No overnight stays allowed
• Returnable breakage deposit of £100
